FREEDOM OF INFORMATION (F.O.I) PUBLICATION SCHEME

Prepared in accordance with Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000

Introduction

Under Section 19 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000, The Football Licensing Authority (FLA) is required to adopt and maintain a scheme for the publication of information held by the FLA. All such schemes require the approval of the Information Commissioner.

We shall publish information in accordance with the scheme and shall monitor and review its operation.
