Which grounds require the FLA licence?

Wembley Stadium, the National Stadium in Cardiff, and the home grounds of clubs FA Premier League, Football Championship, League 1 and League 2 require a licence issued by the Football Licensing Authority before any spectator can be admitted to watch an association football match at that ground.
